Store Manager

About the role

A Store Manager bridges retail (brand: 2XU) and offering expert product advice on wellness products while managing sales and inventory process. They drive sales through specialized knowledge, educating customers, and ensuring accurate, compliant, and compassionate service in compression garments for training, performance, and recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Capture store target and execute operations strategies to hit daily, weekly and monthly sales
• Look at trade territory for business opportunity that will increase foot traffic and generate transactions
• Greet customers and provide knowledgeable, compassionate advice on products like Compression tights, shorts, tops, socks, and calf guards
• Demonstrate the proper use of the product benefits, including technical specifications of compression wear
• Achieve sales targets, promote special benefits product offers, and cross-sell related products
• Manage the daily closing of sales; cash reconciliation, deposits, collection reporting and others
• Handle people well and create a winning team that will drive growth to the business

About you

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and other business related courses
• At least 5 years work experience in retail and distribution company preferrably in a fashion shoes and apparel industies.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers, including those with special needs or concerns
• Meticulous care in tracking inventory
• Active and healthy with a strong desire to influence others to be healthy
• At least one (1) sport activity
