Barber Society is looking for a confident, hands-on Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our shop. If you thrive on keeping a busy floor running smoothly, love creating a great client experience, and can keep both the team and the books in order, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Manage the front desk, greeting clients and overseeing the appointment schedule to keep the day running on time
- Lead, schedule, and support the barbers, and ensure every client interaction reflects our standards of service
- Maintain a consistently high standard of hospitality throughout the shop, from arrival to check-out
- Close out the cash register at the end of each shift and prepare accurate daily sales reports

What We're Looking For
- Prior experience managing a retail, salon, or hospitality outlet
- Strong people-management and scheduling skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and client experience
- Comfort handling cash reconciliation and basic reporting
- Reliable, organized, and calm under a busy floor
