Join the Marithé + François Girbaud Team as a Store Manager. We're looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our growing retail team.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and monitor store performance
- Manage store operations, sales, inventory, and cash handling
- Lead and manage store team members
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Work on weekends and holidays as required
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory/management experience, preferably in retail, fashion, or the service industry
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
