Store Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of the stores
• Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, quality, and documentation against purchase orders.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and preservation of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems.
• Monitor stock levels
• Ensure timely issue of materials to production and other departments.
• Implement FIFO practices wherever applicable.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality
• Ensure proper documentation for receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and dispatches.
• Prepare and submit inventory and stores-related reports to management.

Preferred candidate profile

• 7 to 10 years of experience in stores operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in handling raw materials, Electric motor spares, consumables, and production-related inventory is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems is desirable.
