What they need
We are looking for a responsible and proactive *Store Manager* to manage our daily store operations and small team.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily store operations and workflow
* Assign and monitor staff duties
* Follow up customer enquiries, quotations, orders and delivery
* Coordinate design, production and installation work
* Handle customer and operational issues
* Monitor work quality, deadlines and staff performance
* Identify problems and suggest improvements
* Assist the owner in improving sales and business operations
* Report directly to the business owner
Requirements
* Responsible, organised and able to lead a small team
* Able to work independently and solve problems
* Supervisory, sales, administration or operations experience preferred
* *Good spoken Mandarin and ability to read Chinese are required due to regular communication with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers*
* Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia; English is an advantage
* Basic computer skills
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
