We are looking for a hands-on, inspiring Store Manager to take the reins of their close-knit Dunedin store. If you excel on the retail floor, love coaching an energetic team, and live for the outdoors, this is your next ideal step.

• $65k – $75k depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead from the front on the sales floor, coaching your team to deliver exceptional service and drive retail performance
• Mentor and develop a small team, fostering a strong, positive culture
• Manage day-to-day store administration, stock, and operational efficiencies
• Drive team learning and engagement via internal redseed training programs

What We’re Looking For

• Proven retail leadership experience (Store Manager or senior Assistant Manager looking to step up)
• A hands-on, leading-by-example floor leader with strong sales coaching capabilities
• Strong administrative and commercial capabilities
• Authentic passion for the outdoor industry and active lifestyle
• Open to applicants who require Accredited Employer - but must have relevant experience
