Store Manager

About the role

A store management position responsible for driving sales performance, leading a multicultural team, and ensuring operational excellence across all store functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement local sales strategies to achieve store targets aligned with global sales objectives and KPIs
• Recruit, train, and manage a multicultural team, ensuring staff understand products, sales techniques, and store policies
• Maintain high service standards, handle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage store budget, cash flow, and financial reporting in accordance with head office procedures
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal through attractive displays and well-maintained merchandise
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns in line with brand guidelines and local customer appeal
• Prepare reports on key performance metrics and provide insights to head office for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and manage store security to prevent theft and loss

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Store Supervisor / Store Manager in retail
• Good command of English is a plus
• Proven experience in handling events, offline activations, and community engagement
