Store Manager

| Experience: 3+ years of management experience in coffee shops, bakeries, or F&B retail; experience with major coffee chains or New Store Openings (NSO) is highly preferred.

| Skills: Proficient in store operations, cost control, and staff scheduling. Strong sales awareness and a result-oriented mindset are required.

| Communication: Exceptional team management, staff training, and problem-solving skills. Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese is preferred to communicate effectively with local staff, customers, and vendors.

| Data Analytical: Strong data awareness with the ability to identify operational flaws through P&L or business data and implement dynamic strategies.

| Qualifications: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Familiarity with U.S. food safety and labor requirements; ServSafe Manager or equivalent certification is a plus.

| Flexibility: Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours. Strong resilience and ability to work under pressure.
