Store Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
• At least 2–3 years of experience in retail.
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge in inventory management and basic sales reporting
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Supervise and train store staff to ensure efficient performance
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product displays
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store at all times
• Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Prepare daily sales reports and monitor store performance
• Implement sales strategies to meet targets and increase revenue
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
