Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.

Sales Performance

• Drive store sales and achieve or exceed business targets.
• Analyze sales trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Execute action plans to improve commercial performance.

Customer Experience & Clienteling

• Deliver an exceptional and personalized customer experience.
• Build long-term customer relationships through strong clienteling practices.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service standards.

Inventory Management

• Maintain inventory accuracy and effective stock control.
• Minimize stock losses and ensure optimal product availability.

Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards

• Ensure the store consistently reflects the luxury standards of the brand.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store presentation.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily store operations, including compliance, cash handling, and operational procedures.
• Ensure all company policies and standards are consistently followed.

Workforce Planning & Development

• Manage staff scheduling to support business needs.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.

Performance Monitoring

• Monitor key business KPIs including sales, service, inventory, and operations.
• Take proactive actions to drive continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5-7 years experience as Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager
• Proven success in driving sales and managing store operations in Luxury Fashion Industry
• Strong leadership presence with ability to influence and align teams
• Passion for fashion, luxury, and customer experience
