Restaurant: Fast Food Noodle Shop(1000Sqft)
Working Hours: 5 Days/ Week 40 Hours/Week
Location: Putrajaya /Cyberjaya/Bangi
Job Description
Customer Experience:
- Ensure the shop delivers the best possible customer experience.
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled within time
- Respond to and handle customer feedback efficiently.
Operational Efficiency:
- Cost Control by control food costs, manpower costs.
- Ensure hygiene schedules are adhered to and properly documented.
- Ensure stock levels are adequate and meet operational needs.
- Stay updated with the latest industry practices and implement necessary changes.
Team Leading
- Create and manage staff schedules to optimize service delivery.
- Provide ongoing training to staff to ensure high-quality customer service and operational skills
Requirement：
Malaysian Only
At least 3 years of experience in an F&B Management role
Has Own Transport
Has Own Laptop
Young and Engergitic to Standby for team during Off Day and Public Holiday
