Store Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering a premium and highly personalised customer experience.
• Drive store sales and performance by taking ownership of targets, KPIs and daily business results.
• Lead, schedule, coach and motivate a small team, fostering a high-performing and service-focused culture.
• Build strong customer relationships and grow a loyal client base through appointments, follow-ups, clienteling initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, product presentation and overall store excellence.
• Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, reporting and coordination with mall management and head office.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer engagement and overall store performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, with proven team leadership experience.
• Strong track record in achieving personal sales targets and building lasting customer relationships.
• Highly sales-driven, proactive and confident in engaging customers and identifying new business opportunities.
