Store Manager

At Four Star Pizza, our Store Manager play a key role in keeping the store running smoothly and delivering a great customer experience. This is a hands-on position where you’ll lead by example at all times – preparing food, serving customers, and supporting your team – while also taking responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the store. When stepping into a Managers role, you’ll be trusted to take ownership, drive performance, and create a positive, high-energy working environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading shifts and supporting the day-to-day running of the store
• Delivering excellent customer service across in-store, phone, and online orders
• Preparing pizzas and menu items to Four Star Pizza standards
• Motivating, coaching, and supporting team members
• Managing cash, card, and online transactions accurately
• Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are consistently met
• Supporting stock control, deliveries, and overall store organisation
• Training new starters and developing existing team members
• Taking full responsibility for the store

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in hospitality, retail, or a fast-paced environment
• Previous supervisory or management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods
• A genuine enjoyment of working with people and delivering great service

Pay: £33,000.00 per year
