Store Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Cebu branch. The role is responsible for driving sales, managing store performance and inventory, leading the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store and service center operations.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly store targets and KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and motivate store personnel.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and product availability.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns.
• Monitor cash handling, expenses, and store financial performance.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and operational reports.
• Implement sales promotions and strategies to increase revenue.
• Maintain proper merchandising, cleanliness, safety, and security standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail, sales, or store operations.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong leadership, sales, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Experience in consumer electronics, karaoke/audio equipment, or service center operations is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays when required by business operations.
