Store Manager

Job Description:

• Manage and supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth business activities and compliance with company standards.
• Responsible for achieving store sales targets through effective sales strategies, promotions, and team execution.
• Monitor, analyze, and report store sales performance, customer trends, and promotional effectiveness.
• Develop local sales opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, promotions, and market expansion initiatives.
• Manage store manpower planning, including recruitment, staffing needs, team productivity, and employee performance.
• Train, coach, and supervise store team members to improve selling skills, service quality, and operational effectiveness.
• Analyze product performance, market demand, and manage SKU ordering to ensure product availability.
• Coordinate product shipment and stock replenishment from warehouse to store.
• Manage store operational expenses, including petty cash usage and accountability.
• Handle store-specific promotional activities and submit LOA approval for special transactions, promotions, and manpower additions.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Warehouse, HR, Marketing, Finance, and Management) to support store operations.
• Maintain store performance, customer experience, and operational standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1)
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years as a Store Manager or Supervisor in retail fashion
• Able to communicate politely and effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Strong leadership skills and team management capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse customers and staff
• Able to work under pressure and maintain emotional balance
• Well-organized and experienced in scheduling work shifts
• Willing to be placed in Maluku area and rotate locations from time to time
• Honest and with high integrity
