Location: Taravada, Rajkot, Gujarat

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Hydraulic Machinery Store. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of store management, inventory control, hydraulic machinery/spare parts, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and maintain proper inventory records.
• Handle hydraulic machinery, spare parts, tools and related materials.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure timely availability of required materials.
• Manage inward and outward material movement and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with purchase, service, maintenance and other departments.
• Monitor stock shortages, excess inventory and damaged/unused materials.
• Ensure proper storage, identification and organization of machinery and spare parts.
• Maintain accurate records using registers, Excel or inventory management software.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory.
• Supervise store staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow proper safety and housekeeping standards within the store.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Store Management, preferably in hydraulic machinery, heavy machinery, engineering or industrial equipment.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic machinery and spare parts will be preferred.
• Good inventory management and documentation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to independently manage store activities and take responsibility.
• Candidates from Rajkot or nearby locations will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
