Store Manager

About the Role

We currently have an exciting job opportunity for a Store Manager to join our management team at either our Brookvale or Hornsby storeon a permanent full-time basis.

The Store Manager must exhibit a variety of strong leadership and business management skills whilst executing the daily activities a busy store entails. They also need to be a hands on manager with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a highly successful sales and service team.

The successful applicant will need to

• Have exceptional communication skills and an outgoing personality.
• Be able to build, maintain and manage a great work team within the shop and be capable of controlling the schedule jobs for Service Technicians on the road.
• Have sufficient knowledge and experience with computers.
• Able to work effectively without supervision with strong time management skills.
• Easily approachable and willing to provide feedback and help co-workers.
• Have strong problem solving abilities and a reliable nature.
• A passion for helping customers and achieving maximum results.
• Be willing to work weekends when required.
• Have own car and full drivers licence. Forklift Licence preferred but not essential.
• Recruit and maintain levels of staff needed to meet service requirements for the business.
• Have a good business acumen and able to understand business financials.
• Be willing to work excess hours if needed.

This is a fulltime salary position and the successful candidate must be available across store trading hours including weekends.
