**LOCATION:**Makati, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Taguig, San Juan, Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager, Team Leader, or similar role
• Strong sales, leadership, and people-management skills
• Customer-oriented, organized, and target-driven
• Knowledgeable or passionate about hobbies, collectibles, trading cards, comics, and figures is a plus
• Retail, specialty store, or hobby shop experience is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned within the indicated locations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily sales and store operations
• Drive the store toward its sales targets and quotas
• Lead, coach, and monitor Store Personnel
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and deployment
• Monitor inventory, sales, and store performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and proper store presentation
• Implement company sales, marketing, and promotional programs
• Coordinate with mall management and Head Office as needed
