Join Grown Alchemist as the Store Manager of our Chadstone retail kiosk. Leading a team of Retail consultants, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience while being responsible for achieving sales targets and team management.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a commercially driven and passionate retail skincare professional who enjoys developing people, building strong client relationships and representing a premium global brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieving sales budgets, leading the team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Oversee store operations, rostering, stock management and financial performance.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Champion the Grown Alchemist customer journey and deliver exceptional, personalised service.
• Build client relationships and leverage the customer database to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Support local partnerships, events and brand initiatives.
• .Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, store presentation and overall customer experience.

About You

• 2+ years' retail management experience, ideally in skincare, beauty or premium retail.
• Proven sales and KPI performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Passionate about skincare, beauty and delivering outstanding experiences.
• Commercially minded, organised and confident managing a fast-paced store environment.
• Positive, proactive and hands-on approach.
