Store Manager

At Proud Poppy, we’re all about empowering women, building confidence and creating unforgettable in-store experiences, and we’re looking for an inspiring, people-first Store Manager to lead our beautiful Toowoomba boutique.

You’ll be the energy, the culture-builder and the confidence-creator for both your team and our community.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading a fun, empowering and high-performing team culture
• Coaching and developing your team to deliver the Proud Poppy in-store experience that is warm, genuine and confidence-building
• Leading from the shop floor and setting the standard in styling, service and connection
• Driving store performance across sales, KPIs, conversion and customer experience
• Inspiring your team to empower women through styling, encouragement and authentic service
• Bringing the brand to life through strong visual merchandising and store presentation
• Managing daily store operations including rosters, opening and closing, stock and standards
• Handling customer feedback with empathy, ownership and professionalism
• Sharing customer insights with the wider leadership team
• Taking initiative and ensuring priorities are followed through

What we’re looking for

• A confident, uplifting and empowering leader who genuinely loves retail
• A passion for empowering women and helping customers feel seen, supported and confident
• A natural coach who develops others and celebrates wins
• Calm, organised and solutions-focused, even in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication skills and an inclusive leadership style
• Retail leadership or Team Leader experience
• Confidence in styling and visual merchandising
• A positive, energetic presence that lifts the vibe of the store
