Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, and service standards.
• Oversee store opening and closing, employee scheduling, inventory management, and daily operational execution.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop store team members.
• Monitor sales, labor, inventory, customer service, and other key store performance metrics.
• Manage staffing levels and support employee performance management.
• Execute company promotions, marketing campaigns, and new product launches.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient store environment.
• Communicate regularly with the operations team and complete required store reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience in restaurant, tea beverage, coffee, retail, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve operational issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• English and Chinese are preferred.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts, and varied schedules.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
