What they need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in restaurant, café, food service, or retail operations.
- Supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
- Knowledgeable in store operations, inventory management, sales reporting, POS systems, and cash handling.
- Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed.
