We’re looking for an experienced Powersports Store Manager who knows the industry, enjoys working with customers and technicians, and likes being hands-on.

Do you know your way around powersports and understand what it takes to keep a service shop running smoothly? Are you someone who likes staying involved, solving problems, and knowing what's happening with every job? If you enjoy working with customers, technicians, and parts and are ready to take ownership of a shop's day-to-day operations, this could be a great fit for you.

The Perks!

  • Compensation: Flexible base + competitive bonus based on store revenue

  • OTE: $100k+

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends!

  • Special Perks: Hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to have a real impact on the shop and help grow a local businessA Day in the Life of the Store Manager

You'll be the person keeping everything moving—from the customer at the counter to the technician in the shop. You'll oversee repair jobs, communicate with customers, coordinate technicians and parts, and step in to solve problems when things don't go according to plan. This is a hands-on management role for someone who doesn't mind jumping in and helping wherever needed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service & Service Writing: Greet customers, manage drop-offs and pickups, create repair orders, understand customer concerns, provide estimates and updates, and make sure customers have a great experience from start to finish.
  • Technician Coordination: Manage the daily technician workload, prioritize jobs, make sure technicians have the information they need, and keep repairs moving efficiently.
  • Parts & Repair Coordination: Order and source OEM and aftermarket parts, track orders and backorders, and make sure technicians have the right parts when they need them.
  • Repair Order Management: Keep track of open jobs, identify anything causing delays, and make sure completed repairs are properly closed out, invoiced, and ready for pickup.
  • Shop Operations: Oversee the overall flow and organization of the shop, help manage scheduling based on technician capacity, and keep customer and service records accurate.
  • Problem Solving: Be the go-to person when something gets stuck or a customer, technician, or parts issue needs to be worked through.
  • Team Communication: Keep customers, technicians, parts, and ownership on the same page and communicate regularly about important issues, staffing needs, and shop performance.
  • Hands-On Support: Jump in wherever needed—whether that's answering the phone, helping a customer at the counter, tracking down a part, or working through a repair with a technician.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous powersports industry experience is required
  • Strong knowledge of powersports service and repair operations
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Able to manage multiple repair jobs and priorities at once
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership
  • Comfortable working in a small-business environment where everyone pitches in
  • Previous experience as a Powersports Service Manager, Service Writer, Parts Manager, Store Manager, or Dealership Manager is highly preferred
  • Experience with Lightspeed DMS is a major plus
  • Experience ordering and sourcing OEM and aftermarket powersports parts is preferred
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to explain repairs clearly to customers is preferred

About Us
