Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies.
• Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performing retail environment.
• Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize product presentation and availability.
• Oversee sales management by setting targets, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
• Handle cash management duties including cashiering, POS system operation, pricing adjustments, and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming shopping atmosphere.
• Coordinate purchasing, budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and operational tasks to ensure store efficiency and profitability.

Experience

• Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with supervising responsibilities.
• Strong background in retail sales management, including team leadership, sales strategies, and operational oversight.
• Skilled in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing techniques, and recruiting top talent.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customer bases and staff.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, cash handling procedures, and retail math is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in merchandising, stock control, pricing strategies, and operational management.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across shift management duties and team development initiatives.
