Store Manager

Job Summary
La Colombe Coffee Workshop is seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead daily café operations, develop the team, maintain beverage and service standards, and create a welcoming experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations and service flow.
• Lead, coach, and develop baristas and café team members.
• Build staff schedules and coordinate shift coverage.
• Maintain La Colombe standards for coffee, food, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Monitor inventory, product ordering, waste, and supply levels.
• Review sales and operational performance to support business goals.
• Train new employees on café procedures and beverage standards.
• Handle customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure cash-handling, POS, opening, and closing procedures are completed correctly.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation requirements.
• Work alongside the team during busy periods and special events.
• Support hiring, onboarding, performance feedback, and team development.

Qualifications

• Previous café, coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Knowledge of specialty coffee and café operations preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume café environment.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining service quality.
• Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
