Store Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Oversee day-to-day store operations while ensuring compliance with brand standards retail guidelines.
2. Drive sales targets and maximize profitability through effective customer relationship management and upselling.
3. Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals, maintain discipline, and uphold service excellence.
4. Maintain optimal stock levels, monitor inventory, and coordinate with supply chain for replenishment.

Preferred candidate profile

1. 2+ years of experience in retail store management preferrably in womens wear, fashion or apparel retail.
2. Strong experience in store operations, sales target achievement and team management.
3. Good exposure to customer handling, CRM, upselling and cross-selling.
4. Experience in inventory/stock management and visual merchandising.
