- Oversee end-to-end store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Monitor store performance and ensure all targets (sales, customer experience, operations) are achieved.
Sales & Business Growth
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Implement strategies to grow customer base and improve repeat business.
Team Leadership
- Lead, train and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage shifts, assign tasks and ensure accountability.
Inventory & Merchandising
- Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability.
- Ensure proper merchandising, planogram compliance and store presentation.
Customer Experience
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety and SOPs.
- Prepare reports on sales, inventory, team performance and other key metrics.
