Exp in Luxury Fashion
Only female candidates
10+ years of overall experience, preferably with significant experience in
premium/luxury fashion retail.
Proven experience managing a luxury store or high-end retail store.
Strong track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Demonstrated experience handling HNI/UHNI clientele and VIP customers.
Strong understanding of clienteling, CRM and customer retention.
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop retail teams.
Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of key retail KPIs.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
Passion for luxury fashion and a refined understanding of customer experience.
Impeccable grooming, professional presence and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven luxury retail environment.
