工作職責：

1.配合及全面參與機場品牌店舖籌建工作，負責店舖日常營運管理，包括開業前準備工作、開舖／收舖、員工排班、貨品盤點、收銀及現金管理、店舖整潔與安全等；

2.帶領團隊達成銷售目標，跟進並分析銷售數據，定期向公司提交營業報告；

3.負責店內店員的日常管理、培訓、工作安排及績效評估，營造積極向上的團隊氛圍；

4.管理貨品庫存，執行進貨、補貨、盤點及損耗控制，確保貨品陳列符合品牌標準；

5.為顧客提供專業的中醫藥及大健康產品諮詢服務，妥善處理顧客投訴及突發情況；

6.遵守機場安全管理規定，負責員工機場禁區通行證的申領管理及合規使用監督；

7.配合公司市場推廣活動，執行新店開張、促銷、會員計劃及聯營活動等安排； 關注中醫藥及健康產品市場動態與機場旅客消費需求，持續提出改善建議；

8.公司安排的與品牌店舖營運相關的其他工作。

任職要求：

1.中學畢業或以上學歷；具備 3 年或以上零售店舖管理經驗，熟悉店舖營運、庫存管理及團隊管理；

2.具備中醫藥基礎知識、中醫藥及保健食品或健康產品零售店舖管理經驗者優先；

3.粵語流利、普通話良好，具备基礎英语会话能力；

4.熟悉收銀系統及基本電腦操作（POS、Excel 等）；

5.能適應輪班工作，包括星期六、日及公眾假期；

6.擁有在港工作合法資質；需通過機場背景審查，並符合申領機場禁區通行證的資格。

About the role

This is a Store Manager position for a Chinese medicine and health products brand store at Hong Kong Airport. You will be responsible for comprehensive store operations management, including pre-opening preparations, daily opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, inventory management, cash handling, store cleanliness and safety, and leading the team to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee airport brand store setup, manage daily store operations including pre-opening preparations, opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, inventory counts, cash register operations and cash management, store cleanliness and safety
• Lead the team to achieve sales targets, monitor and analyse sales data, and submit regular business reports to the company
• Manage daily operations of store staff including scheduling, training, work arrangements and performance evaluations, and foster a positive team atmosphere
• Manage product inventory, execute procurement, restocking, inventory counts and waste control, ensure product displays meet brand standards
• Provide professional consultation on Chinese medicine and health products to customers, handle customer complaints and emergency situations appropriately
• Comply with airport security management regulations, manage employee airport restricted area passes and supervise compliant usage
• Coordinate with company marketing activities, execute new store opening, promotions, membership programmes and co-operation activities
• Monitor market trends in Chinese medicine and health products and airport passenger consumption needs, continuously provide improvement suggestions

About you

• Secondary school education or above
• 3 years or above retail store management experience, familiar with store operations, inventory management and team management
• Basic knowledge of Chinese medicine, experience in Chinese medicine and health products or health product retail store management preferred
• Fluent Cantonese, good Putonghua, basic English conversation ability
• Familiar with POS systems and basic computer operations (POS, Excel, etc.)
• Able to adapt to shift work including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
• Possess legal work qualifications in Hong Kong, pass airport background check and meet requirements for airport restricted area pass application
