Store Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations, organization, and overall performance of an assigned location. This role is responsible for leading the team, managing store profitability, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence.

Previous gas station and/or convenience store management experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising employees.
• Oversee store performance, profitability, and all controllable expenses (labor, inventory, cash handling)
• Ensure proper inventory management, purchasing, audits, and loss prevention
• Complete all required company documentation and reporting accurately and on time
• Analyze operational results and trends; develop and implement action plans to address opportunities
• Maintain compliance with all State and Federal regulations
• Monitor vendor purchases and ensure proper procedures with suppliers
• Train, coach, and evaluate employees on existing and new business processes
• Maintain a safe, organized, and well-run store environment

Qualifications

• Previous store or retail management experience required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing labor, inventory, and financial performance
• Knowledge of compliance, audits, and operational procedures
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and extended hours
• Ability to work 50–60 hours per week in a fast-paced environment
