Store Manager – Ellianos Coffee

Ellianos Coffee is hiring a full-time Store Manager!

We’re looking for a positive, energetic, and dependable leader who genuinely enjoys working with people and creating an outstanding customer experience. Our Store Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced, drive-thru coffee shop while developing a strong team and maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

What You’ll Do

Leadership & Team Development
Lead, motivate, and develop our team while creating a positive, energetic, and accountable workplace culture. Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and employee development.

Store Operations
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory, ordering, staffing, cleanliness, and overall store organization.

Customer Experience
Make sure every customer receives friendly, accurate, and fast service. Build customer loyalty by creating an experience that keeps guests coming back.

Barista & Product Quality
Learn and maintain Ellianos drink and food preparation standards while ensuring every product is made accurately, efficiently, and consistently.

Performance & Goals
Manage and improve key store goals, including service times, product quality, labor, training, inventory, waste, and other financial and operational controls.

Organization & Cleanliness
Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient environment for both employees and customers.

• Previous management or leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
Expected Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
