Job Summary
The Bridge Cafe on Elm is seeking an organized and dependable Store Manager to oversee daily café operations, lead team members, maintain service standards, and ensure a positive customer experience. The manager will coordinate staff, monitor inventory, support sales, and keep the café running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café and store operations.
• Supervise, train, and support café team members.
• Create schedules and coordinate staff coverage.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
• Maintain food, beverage, and customer-service quality.
• Handle customer questions and resolve routine concerns.
• Monitor cash handling and daily transactions.

Qualifications

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 per week
