Mahalakshmi Beauty Solutions is seeking an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager/Store Manager to oversee daily salon operations, lead the team, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon.
• Lead, motivate, and develop salon team members to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• Monitor and improve salon sales, service revenue, and retail performance.
• Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and productivity management.
• Maintain salon hygiene, operational standards, and service quality.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and product ordering.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Execute promotional activities and local marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and brand standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in salon, spa, hospitality, retail, or service industry management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Sales-oriented with a proven ability to achieve targets.
• Good knowledge of business operations and staff management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
