Store Manager

The Dream Boutique is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee daily boutique operations and support the retail team. This role involves coordinating employees, maintaining customer-service standards, managing merchandise presentation, monitoring inventory, and helping ensure smooth and efficient store operations. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills, retail management experience, and a commitment to providing a welcoming shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily boutique operations and ensure a professional customer experience.
• Lead, support, and communicate with sales associates and store team members.
• Coordinate staff schedules, assignments, and daily sales-floor activities.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to employees.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Monitor customer service, merchandise presentation, and store organization.
• Support sales goals and communicate daily operational priorities with the team.
• Assist customers with product questions, shopping needs, and service concerns.
• Monitor inventory levels, merchandise replenishment, and stockroom organization.
• Support POS operations and routine cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually presentable store areas.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and displaying new merchandise.
• Support opening and closing procedures and daily store checklists.
• Communicate staffing, inventory, and operational needs to management when required.
• Follow company policies, workplace safety standards, and retail procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, boutique, fashion, sales, or customer-service experience.
• Previous store management, assistant management, or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking responsibility.
• Ability to train, support, and motivate retail team members.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy boutique environment.
• Good attention to customer service, merchandise presentation, and store operations.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory procedures, and retail operations.
• Professional and respectful approach to customers and coworkers.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
