We are looking for energetic and responsible Store Managers to lead our retail and wholesale store operations while ensuring excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day management.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations efficiently.
• Supervise and guide store staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment.
• Maintain proper merchandising and store presentation.
• Ensure accurate billing and cash handling.
• Monitor opening and closing procedures.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with warehouse and purchase teams.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the store.
• Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Any discipline).
• 2–5 years of experience in retail, wholesale, supermarket, or FMCG store management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication skills in Malayalam. Tamil and English will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software, ERP systems such as Odoo or Tally is a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Honest, disciplined, and customer-focused.
