About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, manage the team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
• Drive store sales and achieve monthly revenue and business targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve individual and store-level targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
• Ensure proper inventory management, stock availability, and stock accuracy.
• Maintain store visual merchandising and ensure adherence to Lenskart brand standards.
• Monitor key business metrics such as sales, conversion, average transaction value, and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and SOPs.
• Coordinate with various internal teams to address operational and business requirements.
• Support new initiatives, campaigns, promotions, and other business activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in retail/store operations.
• Prior experience in managing a team and driving sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment.
• Candidates from reputed retail brands will be preferred.
