• Drive sales and achieve store targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, interior designers, and architects
• Prepare quotations and close transactions
• Provide excellent customer service and handle after-sales concerns
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
• Manage cash, expenses, and daily sales reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and mall regulations
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment
