What you’ll do

• Lead, inspire and develop your team to deliver premium customer service.
• Drive store performance through strong leadership, coaching and engagement.
• Maintain exceptional standards across service, store presentation and operations.
• Be hands‑on on the shop floor, leading from the front with customers and colleagues.
• Manage resources, sales performance and continuous store improvement.
