Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and merchandising.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new employees while providing ongoing training and development.
• Manage employee schedules, shift assignments, and payroll processing to ensure efficient store coverage.
• Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, purchasing decisions, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing concerns promptly and fostering a positive shopping experience.
• Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and sales reporting with accuracy.
• Implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

Skills

• Proven management experience in retail or related industries with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Expertise in negotiation, recruiting, employee orientation, training & development, and performance management.
• Proficiency in inventory management software, POS systems, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and basic math skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership in retail sales team management, sales management, merchandising, and operational oversight.
• Sound knowledge of retail industry sales techniques, pricing strategies, stock control, cashiering procedures, and customer service excellence.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and manage budgets effectively while maintaining high standards of store presentation.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
