Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and merchandising.
• Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performing retail sales team.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and employee orientation to ensure optimal staffing levels and operational efficiency.
• Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, purchasing, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
• Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, cash handling, and sales reporting with accuracy and integrity.
• Monitor store operations to ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and legal regulations.
• Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales growth.

Requirements

• Proven management experience within the retail industry, including supervising teams and managing daily store operations.
• Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and managerial communication to motivate staff and engage customers effectively.
• Experience with inventory management systems, POS systems, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and cash handling procedures.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
• Demonstrated ability in recruiting, training & development, budgeting, and operational management.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in retail stores is highly desirable.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
