Store Manager

Key Responsibilities：Store Operations

1. Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness standards.

2. Ensure compliance with company brand standards and food safety regulations.

3. Team Management & Training：

• Recruit, train, and motivate team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop improvement plans.

4. Customer Service & Experience：

• Handle customer complaints, resolve escalated issues, and uphold brand reputation.

• Drive customer loyalty and repeat business through exceptional service.

5. Sales & Performance Targets：

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and analyze data to optimize strategies.

• Implement promotional campaigns to drive store performance.

6. Finance & Cost Control：

• Monitor food costs, labor costs, and operating expenses to maintain profitability.

• Oversee cash flow and complete daily/weekly financial reports.

Qualifications：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.

2. Minimum 1 years of management experience in retail or F&B, preferably in a chain brand.

3. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

4. Proficient in POS systems and office software (e.g., Excel, Word).

5. Basic financial literacy to analyze sales data.

6. Fluent in English, Chinese is a plus

7. Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

8. Passion for coffee culture and a strong service mindset.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
