Store Manager

Mountain Mikes Pizza is currently hiring for a Store Manager to join our team in, CA! What started as a single pizza restaurant with a casual, family-friendly atmosphere has since grown into a leading pizza brand. With over 40 years in business, Mountain Mike’s Pizza now has more than 200 restaurants across California, Oregon, Nevada and Utah. From the very beginning, we aimed to provide the highest-quality pizza using only the freshest and finest ingredients available. 40 years later and our mission hasn’t changed!

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibility and Duties:

• Oversee, direct, and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership of restaurant staff necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs are followed and completed on a timely basis.
• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.
• Perform various financial activities, such as cash handling, inventory, deposit preparation, and payroll
• Perform personnel actions, such as hiring and terminating staff, providing employee orientation and training, and conducting supervisory activities
• Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner
• Other duties as assigned by the executive team

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop and lift 40 lbs. as needed and ability to work in a variety of environments
