We’re continuing to grow – and we’re excited to be opening our brand-new store in Taupo.

About the opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced and engaging Store Manager to lead our new Taupo store and team.

This is a full-time role, working Tuesday to Saturday, with the opportunity to build your team and establish a great store culture from day one. Your onboarding would start from mid-November.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and developing an engaged, high-performing team
• Driving sales and store performance
• Creating an exceptional customer experience
• Bringing the Wallace Cotton brand to life through beautiful store presentation
• Managing day-to-day store operations, including stock, rostering and store standards

You’ll be well supported by our wider Retail team and be regularly connected with Store Managers across New Zealand.

About you

You’re a confident, hands-on retail leader who loves customers, gets the best from people and enjoys delivering results.

You’ll bring:

• Retail management or strong retail leadership experience
• A commercial mindset and passion for achieving sales targets
• A natural ability to coach, motivate and develop others
• Warm, engaging and customer-focused communication
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• A collaborative, positive approach

An interest in interiors, homewares, fashion or lifestyle products is a bonus!
