Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth store performance.

• Maintain consistency in following company standards, recipes, food quality, sanitation, and customer service procedures.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

• Supervise, and evaluate store employees.

• Ensure proper inventory management, stock ordering, receiving, and stock rotation.

• Implement corrective actions on inventory variances, wastage, and operational losses.

• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and service recovery professionally.

• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and head office regarding operational requirements.

• Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and inspections to maintain operational excellence.

• Assist in the pre-opening, setup, and launch of the new branch.

Experience

• At least 2–5 years experience in restaurant management or food & beverage operations.
• At least 1–2 years experience in a senior role such as Store Manager, Assistant Area Manager, or Multi-Unit Supervisor.

Educational Background

• College graduate in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any related field
• Equivalent work experience in place of degree is acceptable if strong operational track record
