Job summary

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a CINDYS Bakery and Restaurant branch, ensuring excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and achievement of sales and profitability targets. This role leads store personnel, maintains food quality and service standards, and ensures compliance with company policies and operational procedures. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with solid experience in the food industry and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory, staffing, and store performance.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate store employees to achieve operational and sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and operational procedures.
• Monitor daily sales performance, expenses, and profitability, and implement strategies to improve store results.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, ordering, and stock control.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution of complaints and service issues.
• Conduct employee training, coaching, performance evaluations, and team development.
• Prepare operational reports, sales reports, and other store documentation.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth store operations and implementation of company initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management, Food Technology, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in the food industry, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage store operations, sales performance, and team productivity.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, when necessary.
