About the role

Epicurean Partners Exchange Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager for LA Chicks to lead our operations in Trinoma Ayala Mall Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in ensuring the success and profitability of our hospitality and tourism establishment. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, maintaining exceptional service standards, and driving business growth within our competitive market. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the customer experience and the overall performance of our venue.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Manage and supervise staff members, including recruitment, training, scheduling and performance management
• Maintain financial controls and accountability, including budgeting, cost management and revenue optimisation
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations, and local hospitality standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering and minimise waste and spoilage
• Implement and maintain quality standards for food, beverages and service delivery
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives to increase customer footfall and revenue
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring swift resolution
• Report on performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management
• Foster a positive team culture and support staff development and career progression

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar management role within the hospitality, tourism or retail sector, preferably 3+ years in a full-service environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Excellent financial acumen, including experience with profit and loss management, budgeting and cost control
• Sound knowledge of health, safety and sanitation compliance in food and beverage establishments
• Exceptional customer service orientation and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff and customers
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and hospitality management software is advantageous
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
