✨ What you'll be doing

• Leading and developing the full Moida team,warm,expert and welcoming every day
• Owning and managing the store P&L including sales targets,margin and cost control
• Driving a culture of genuine product knowledge,expert recommendations and brilliant service
• Managing all stock,visual merchandising and K-beauty product ranging
• Overseeing all recruitment,onboarding,training and performance management
• Ensuring compliance with all retail and H&S regulations
• Analysing trading data and leading improvement plans to hit and exceed targets

What we're looking for

• Store Manager or Deputy Manager experience in beauty,K-beauty or lifestyle retail
• Commercially driven with strong P&L management capability
• A natural people developer who builds motivated,knowledgeable teams
• Genuine passion for K-beauty and Korean culture,this matters here
• Strong visual merchandising instincts
• Flexible for weekends,bank holidays and varied shifts
• Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
