Moving Memories is a locally owned, family operated media preservation company. We help families preserve their photographs, home movies, videotapes, slides and film so their memories can be enjoyed for generations.

We are hiring a Store Manager at our Parker location. This is a hands on small business roll. You will be responsible for customer service, sales, the five person team, production productivity and quality control. You will work directly with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and manage client intakes and pickups
• Explain services, prepare estimates and convert inquiries into orders
• Follow up with prospective customers and meet store sales goals
• Hire, train, coach and handle corrective action including termination when needed
• Oversee lab workflow, productivity and production deadlines
• Ensure completed projects meet our quality standards
• Troubleshoot equipment, workflow and production issues
• Handle customer and employee concerns
• Monitor overall store performance and communicate with ownership
• Step into production only when necessary
• Keep the store organized, professional and welcoming

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience preferred
• Sales experience
• Strong customer service
• Proven leadership and employee management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving ability
• Comfortable learning technical equipment and processes
• Proficiency with Mac and PC computers
• Photography, video or production experience is helpful but not required
• Background check required.

Moving Memories operational hours

Monday-Friday 10-6

Saturday 10-4

Sundays and major holidays closed

This is a full time, on site management position.

Compensation & Benefits

$62,000 annual salary + Performance bonus up to $10,000 per year, paid quartly
