Store Manager

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets; analyze sales data and take corrective action on

shortfalls.

• Recruit, train, and supervise store staff; manage shift scheduling and attendance; conduct performance

evaluations.

• Maintain a high standard of customer service and resolve complaints promptly.

• Oversee inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and manage ordering and merchandising.

• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing; ensure accurate cash handling and policy compliance.

• Prepare the store budget, monitor expenses, and present financial reports to upper management.

• Manage both offline (in-store) and online operations, since runs on both channels; build a proper

roster and manage the team so the store functions smoothly across its 16-hour operating day.

• Plan in-store promotions and marketing campaigns and track their effectiveness.
