About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations, drive sales, and lead the store team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall store operations, sales, and customer experience.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of Store Executives.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising, inventory management, and store upkeep.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
• Identify manpower requirements and support in hiring Store Executives when needed.
• Ensure smooth coordination with the central team and timely reporting.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in fashion/womens apparel retail.
• Strong team management and communication skills.
• Good understanding of retail operations and sales.
• Ability to independently manage a store and lead a team.
